The Chamber of Commerce of Aosta organizes from 8th to 11th May 2008 the second edition of Rigenergia, the exhibition on renewable energies, energy saving and damaging releases reduction.
Within Rigenergia, thanks to the cooperation between Regione Autonoma Valle d'Aosta and the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE), it will be organised an international brokerage event and a Tecno Camp.
After the first successful event which involved more than 8500 visitors, 400 among professionals and managers, 400 students , this year the Chamber sets up a sheer village based on the best international experiences.
With 10 meetings in 4 days, Rigenergia is an event focused on energy and addressed to professionals, producing companies, fitters, public and private users of energy.
The matters will be the micro generation systems (essential solutions on mountain areas to fulfil house requirements, facilities, productive activities), the projects of cogeneration at local level, the energy saving related to building and damaging emissions, the systems and means of transport included.
Rigenergia aims at illustrating the state of the art and future perspectives of renewable energy technology for energy efficiency and saving, through:
- The presentation and demonstration of innovations in these fields
- The assessment of their competitiveness on the market
- The highlighting of benefits coming from the economic and environmental impact on the local communities
The goal is to promote technical knowledge to allow companies and visitors:
- Using and applying the technologies of the market
- Creating the premises for new jobs
- Permitting the final user to verify the economic character of investment as time goes by
- Making the rising generation aware on the sustainable use of energy
